I created Artemis Coaching & Co. to support women navigating life after abuse, coercive control, and difficult life transitions. I offer trauma support coaching, Reiki, and guidance focused on boundaries, self-trust, emotional safety, and rebuilding confidence. My goal is to help women move forward with clarity, strength, and the support they deserve. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about returning to yourself.
